Le caratteriatiche spaziali che stimolano i creativi a esprimersi e produrre innovazione sono sicuramente espandibilità e libertà. Luoghi come fienili, magazzini, fabbriche e garage sono da sempre prediletti dagli artisti per la loro libera espressione. Queste “baracche” sono eccellenti tipologie di edifici funzionali ed emotivi dove gli spazi sono ampi e ventilati.
