Progettato dallo studio Valentiny HPV Architects per il Música em Trancoso Festival 2014, il Mozarteum Brasileiro Theatre è una conchiglia in cemento con due diversi auditorium sovrapposti, uno interno e uno esterno.

The Mozarteum Brasileiro Theatre

Il Mozarteum Brasileiro Theatre, progettato da Valentiny HPV Architects, ospita due auditorium sovrapposti, uno interno e uno esterno, ciascuno con 1100 posti a sedere.

In futuro, il teatro ospiterà attività culturali e socio-educative, diventando un centro permanente di produzione culturale.

Il Mozarteum Brasileiro Theatre è affiancato da un edificio di servizio con otto sale prove, un bar e sale conferenze. Con le forme curve che contrastano le aperture triangolari, l'edificio accoglie imponenti pannelli in bronzo incisi dall'artista brasiliana Maria Bonomi. Le incisioni rimandano alla natura locale, con le sue scogliere impressionanti, e alla nascita della nazione brasiliana.
