This issue exemplifies tackling constraints and inspired design.

In approaching an architectural project constraints and challenges are often inevitable. Some present themselves at the outset dictating integral aspects of the design concept itself. This is what pushes designers to rethink, re-evaluate and sometimes step outside of comfort zones. Thinking beyond convention is also an inspired response, in response to the surroundings or in manipulating an advantage. A whole spectrum of limitations in terms of architecture is all too familiar and has been dealt with in varying degrees of capability. A body of work therefore is already open to interpretation. Architecture as a result can be viewed as one of the most repetitive forms of art. Designers then must view each familiar setting, challenge, or constraint, free from influence. Thus it can be said that the art of architecture lies in the skill of interpretation.
