Armani and Tadao Ando together in Dubai for ultra-luxury complex

Armani Group, Tadao Ando and Arada have announced their collaboration for the project “Armani Beach Residences Palm Jumeirah”, in the United Arab Emirates.

Designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Tadao Ando and located on the crescent-shaped exterior of Dubai’s artificial islands, “Armani Beach Residences Palm Jumeirah” will consist of a series of finely furnished residential units and will offer services of the highest level.

Characterized by the compositional attention to the link between architecture and landscape typical of the works of the Japanese architect, the complex was designed to obtain the “visual continuity between the interior and the surrounding seascape”, “with a play of light and shadow that helps to create a dynamic sequence”.

“I am pleased to renew the collaboration with Tadao Ando, with whom the Armani Group has a long relation, dating back to the design of the Armani/Teatro di Milano in 2001. I believe that this new partnership with Arada and Tadao Ando will create an extraordinary and wonderful place to live”, said Giorgio Armani.

The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
