In Milan, at Villa del Platano on Via dei Giardini, a new branch of the exclusive club The Wilde will open in fall 2024. Built between 1953 and 1954 based on a design by Carlo de Carli and Antonio Carminati, the villa was put up for sale by Santo Versace in 2012 for 49 million euros. It remained on the market for years until 2018, when the real estate chain Coldwell Banker managed the negotiation with the London-based private equity fund Three Hills Capital Partners, reaching an agreement in 2022. The villa was then sold in August of the same year for 33.3 million euros.
