Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s mega villa in Beverly Hills is up for sale

The couple is asking for $65 million for the property, probably taking a slight loss.

According to website TMZ, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have put their Beverly Hills villa back on the market, which they purchased for nearly $61 million just over a year ago after visiting more than 80 properties before making the definitive choice.

The Wallingford estate in Beverly Hills, with 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, and 38,000 square feet, sits on a 5-acre promontory with a breathtaking view of the hills and is one of the most secure villas in the area. The villa is relatively new and features a complex of indoor sports spaces where you can play basketball and pickleball, work out in the gym, and even train in a boxing ring. There’s also a large guesthouse, a caretaker’s house, a spacious guardhouse, a 12-car garage, and 80 parking. A huge infinity pool is naturally a must-have feature.

The villa was initially put on the market in 2018 for $135 million, then Bennifer bought it for less than half in 2023, and today the asking price is $65 million. This would mean a loss of a few million for the couple, considering registration fees and a new tax on ultra-luxury real estate, as well as renovation costs. But apparently, the couple is in a hurry to sell.
