The flagship store opening is a further step into the wider development process undertaken by Glas Italia in the last years and aimed to provide a complete overview of its own production to customers, architects and designers. The set up, curated by Piero Lissoni, includes both Glas Italia product collection and Aladin doors and wall partitions presented during the last Salone del Mobile.
The experience of Glas Italia in the manufacture and use of glass is expressed in an important and significant project where its range expands from furniture to interior architecture. Designing and projecting space through refined compositional solutions, glass partitions that screen and separate areas: the new program Aladin, designed and conceived by Piero Lissoni, stems from this idea. Glas Italia spotlights a collection of doors and partitions developed through stylistic continuity, a proposal standing out for its formal elegance, synthesis and versatility. The use of advanced technologies in the glass manufacturing process and surface treatment and the employment of innovative materials leads to achieving a wide range of glass covering with multiple aesthetic configurations.
