From 1986 to 1991, as art director of the magazine, Lupi would create an aesthetic landscape combining rigor, clarity, irony, and a visual language at once critical and friendly to its own era.
Forty years later, with a more chaste interpretation, Domus paid tribute to Anthon Beeke’s famous human alphabet designed in 1970.
The Italian architect and graphic designer, art director at Domus from 1986 to 1991, passes away at 89: we follow his steps once more, as he explores the city to which he dedicated an important part of his life.
