Airbnb’s new Design category includes about 30 thousand unique homes in the world that are characterized by particularly thoughtful design. Renting them out can then fulfill the dream of spending a night or living for a limited time in an architectural icon. Among them, 10 were selected for their great architectural value, related to the people who designed them, their history or context. Among them is the Ex of In House, a single-family home in the woods of Rhinebeck (USA) designed by Steven Holl Architects, the firm of Domus Guest Editor 2023, which meets the criteria of biocompatibility, becoming a contemporary, eco-sustainable symbol of retreat in the woods.
10 design homes you can rent on Airbnb, including one by Steven Holl
In the Design category, the platform offers the chance to stay in marvelous architectures by masters such as Shigeru Ban, Ricardo Bofill, plus an American house by Domus Guest Editor 2023.
