Safdie Architects refurbished the apartment belonging to the Canadian architect in his project-icon Habitat ’67.
The residential complex, which was in principle Moshe Safdie’s thesis project, in 2017 turned 50 and was celebrated with a major exhibition at UQAM, the Universite du Quebec a Montreal.
The space has been renovated both inside and out, with technological improvements that make it termically efficient. It will be used as a study space and open to guided tours.
