It also represent a symbolic statuesque instrument of the Andean knowledge, the Measurement of the Time (Solar Clock), which determines equinoxes and solstices. Its height is 25 m and it is detached from the soil 3.5 m, its structure is formed by the structural beginning of the tensegrity and weighs 7.5 tons.
