The project started from a huge research in the retirement home. I focus this project through the change of the body when someone gets old. I made this user observation to understand the problem and the limits of the elderly people.
The result is a collection of objects that help senior people in everyday problems. Each product is connected to a specific gesture and is made with a new language that does not discriminate the final user.
Alzati e Cammina, a pillow with special foam in it, helps you get up from the chair in a more comfortable way and invites you to maintain the correct posture. If you put it at mid-thigh you can use the pillow for move your body and make exercise.
Portami con Te is a bag born for an elderly woman who want to have something comfortable to use in the retirement home to put her things inside. The outcome is a bag for domestic and outdoor uses that can be also attach to the chair (or wheelchair).
Yes, We Pen, a small and ergonomic cylinder in silicon, lets you easily grab the small and thin objects like pencils or toothbrushes. Scarta is a soft holder that let you play with cards without any effort. The material is soft, light and washable. Lastly, Superspazzola is a special brush with a longer handle that makes you comb your hair without any struggle.
