It is one of the few plants known from the very ancient times in the East as well as in the West. The version here proposed represents the restyling of a traditional object, the rocking horse, a toy that helps the child growing because it develops his creative imagination thanks to its interactivity too.
Rocking Horse is a safe product for kids for three fundamental elements: sustainable material and formaldehyde-free; stability and ergonomics studies certificated; the rocking horse is a puzzle box toy with no glue or screw just for the child's safety.
The material used to construct Rocking Horse is part of a project aimed at creating an agroindustrial production chain to produce and to launch innovative Eco-sustainable natural fiber design products in the market.
The product joins the tradition of an ancient cultivation, such as hemp, and technology. Canapalithos is composed of hemp biomass combined with a new type of non-toxic and patented binder, called Pappa Reale.
Canapalithos is a zero kilometers material. Some hemp plantations along with productive areas to dry first and then to transform the row material would be sufficient to create this type of Eco sustainable material.
Fire proof and water proof are among its main characteristics of this material. The final product can be compared with the Mdf, made of wood, but the fundamental characteristic of Canapalithos is that it is formaldehyde-free. Formaldehyde is a very harmful substance for the human being health as well as for the breathing apparatus.
