Giuseppe Bavuso: Self Up

During Milan Design Week 2014 Rimadesio will present Self Up, a modular storage system designed by Giuseppe Bavuso, available in freestanding and suspended versions.

The modular system Self Up, designed by Giuseppe Bavuso for Rimadesio, allows to create single and double-sided free-standing sideboards, night tables, drawer units and suspended wall compositions.

The freestanding version of Self Up consists of a set of drawers with push pull opening and flap doors, completely covered by lacquered glass (as well as the lateral sides), and wooden lacquered open modules.

Together with the free-standing proposals, Self Up system is also available with wall suspended compositions, modular and free positioning: cabinets and drawers whose wall-fixed profile includes the LED lighting system, provided for all elements of the collection.

One of the main aesthetic characteristics of Self Up system is the single running lacquered glass top available in 62 colours Ecolorsystem, the same also available for the lacquered wood and the flap doors.
