In the infinitely small and the infinitely big, the concepts of time and matter dissolve. The object and subject disappear, along with the before, the after and the now. All that remains is the probable, something indefinable, indescribable and intangible: chaos in its purest essence.

Everything started there and will return there. We strive in our search for a regulatory law, convinced or unconvinced of the existence of a superior entity. In temporal and physical terms, chaos is the world’s inception and demise. Eternity is in itself timeless, and infinity is in itself without matter. Perhaps one day we will discover who invented time and matter. For now we’re here, in this ridiculously small piece of matter and equally ridiculous fragment of time.

We seek the origin of life in the energy that sets the universe in motion. With sufficient conviction we can state that it finds nourishment in relationships, while it is the force of gravity that holds everything together – planets, stars, gas, matter and atmospheres, living beings, individuals and society. Culture in its entirety is based on the defiance of mysterious, magical forces that attract and repel and keep the world running. Imagination feeds on paradoxes and is continually stimulated by re-discussing and reformulating the central paradigms of certainty and rational logic.
