CLC: Trika Villa

In the Trika Villa – a residence with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a big living/dining room, modern kitchen, outdoor living space around the integrated pool –  Chiangmai Life Construction adapts natural materials such as earth and bamboo to the needs of the 21st century.

A big bamboo roof is hovering above the whole mansion like an umbrella, protecting it against sunshine and rain, but not closing in the rooms creating open, naturally ventilated rooms that are still connected to the outside. The walls are made of adobe bricks with a fine earth finishing, the floor is partly rammed earth, partly a clay-concrete mix. An original Indian door gives the whole project its oriental touch. Trika Villa is a tropical sanctuary with modern comfort that surrounds the dweller with nature inside and outside.
