Nestron’s tiny prefab homes debut in North America

The Singapore-based company has delivered its first prefabricated house to Canada. It is equipped with cutting-edge features, including a dedicated AI assistant, and costs $59,900.

Singapore-based Nestron has been the talk of town among tiny-home enthusiasts worldwide for a few years. Prospective buyers in North America will now finally have the chance to tour one of Nestron’s tiny homes in person and even start placing orders for the $59,900 container-like tiny home.

For now, Nestron is importing only one of its designs, the more traditional Legend Two unit. The tiny home is currently on display near Vancouver, Canada, where business owner and Nestron dealer Jim Mickey set up shop to try and sell the houses to American customers.
The Legend Two is a 25.5 square meter tiny apartment that comes completely furnished with a kitchen, living room with dining table, a built-in bed frame, and a small bathroom.

Nestron’s goal for 2023 is to set up ten dealerships in Nevada, Texas, and Florida. The company plans to open an office in Long Beach, California, near a port that offers a strategic vantage point to ship in its pre-built tiny homes from Asia.
