Automotive experts at Vanarama, a British vehicle leasing company, used “genuine patents filed by Apple” to whip up a virtual concept of the car that the company is allegedly building. According to Vanarama’s take, the car might resemble Tesla’s Cybertruck, with steep angles and a generally boxier design than what we’re used to in contemporary car design. Another element similar to the Tesla Cybertruck would be the lack of central pillars between doors, with glass panels connecting the windows and the sunroof. The Apple EV also features details inherited from other Apple devices, such as a lit grille that reminds of the Mac Pro. In Vanarama’s rendition, the vehicle features suicide doors that open all the way to reveal a spacious lounge-like interior, with swiveling seats, a gigantic dashboard display, and a Siri-enabled smart steering wheel.
