Following this principle, the South Korean company LG has been striving to improve the quality of the customer experience for more than 60 years under the motto 'Life's Good'.

Ease of use, high performance and minimalist design are the hallmarks of LG's entire range of built-in appliances, all designed with the customer in mind. This means not only responding to the increasingly specific needs of the market and promoting innovative and intelligent products, but also striving to minimise the risks of using home appliances and increase consumer safety.  

LG's built-in induction hobs feature automatic pan detection and Stop & Go, making them safe and burn proof. The cooktop can also be managed remotely with the ThinQ app, designed specifically for task automation and appliance control. The ability to disable all controls increases safety around children and prevents accidental activation of the hob. To reduce the risk of accidental burns, the induction hob also indicates when the glass surface is too hot to touch.

This focus on safety does not limit the performance of the cooktop, which features 15 different power levels with a boost option that adjusts the power for each zone depending on what is being cooked, optimising both cooking time and results. The power levels also allow users to monitor energy consumption and costs directly via ThinQ.

With a minimalist design characterised by black SCHOTT ceramic glass surfaces bevelled on all four sides of the cooktop, LG combines elegance with technological innovation. As a result, LG's built-in appliances, and in particular its induction cooktops, are a perfect example of how innovation can go hand in hand with safety, aesthetics and functionality.
