In the heart of Milan's fashion quadrilateral – a world-famous area for luxury shopping – inside the prestigious Portrait Hotel, lies The Longevity Spa: an oasis of metropolitan wellness, born from the fusion of high-tech biohacking with the holistic vision of longevity philosophies. The interior design, curated by the B+Architects studio, enhances the image of The Longevity Suite in the luxury sphere, in full respect of the historic building, with in-depth research into materials and customised finishes. Among the solutions that follow this attitude is Gavatex on 3Demand, which combines the performance of technical fabrics produced by Gavazzi, with a customised retail aesthetic. "The main objective, in addition to the harmonious inclusion in the context, was to find a new design language, made of geometries, proportions, materials, to represent the brand image, characterised by curvilinear shapes and a minimalist mood that is easily recognisable. We took care of every detail in synergy with the Longevity team, creating a spa in which high-tech blends with a holistic vision, in a space that gives vitality and energy, to regenerate body and mind," say the architects of B+Architects.

The rooms of The Longevity Spa are characterised by the presence of precious materials (with marble predominating), the use of furnishings and accessories from the best Italian brands, and the integration between technological components and the design of the space. We enter an oval-shaped relaxation area and find a special curved piece of furniture in wood and crystal, on which stands an iconic Venini vase in glossy black. In this environment the walls are finished with a special textured fibreglass, customised with a curvilinear decoration that recalls the iconic hourglass shapes of the Longevity brand. The gloss finish makes it precious and innovative, as well as providing protection and hygiene. The same material has been used inside all the treatment cabins. This special wall covering, capable of combining technical and aesthetic qualities, is possible thanks to Gavatex on 3Demand, an innovative solution that uses 3D printing to explore new creative horizons. Gavatex on 3Demand offers the possibility of customising every detail and adapting fabrics to the specific needs of each project, even the most demanding and complex ones. This solution was specially developed by Gavazzi to meet the needs of designers at all levels, whether for small private projects or ambitious residential construction projects.
