This year, for Milan Pride Week 2024, a site-specific graphic installation has been set up on the steps in front of the Apple Store in Piazza Liberty, Milan, and will be visible until June 30th. “We are Family!” is the title of the installation curated by Illustri Festival and created using iPad and Apple Pencil by four prominent Italian illustrators: Elisa Macellari, Flavia Biondi, Giopota, and Gio Quasirosso. It pays homage to the theme of family, depicting it from various perspectives to celebrate its adaptability and diversity as an experience, a civil right, and a sentiment.

Until Friday, June 28th, the Liberty Amphitheater will also host the recording of five special episodes of the QUiD cultural platform’s podcast, in collaboration with Storielibere.fm, dedicated to the history of the LGBTQ+ community. Every evening, free talks will be held on the amphitheater steps, starting with the memory of a historical figure from the Stonewall Riots and expanding the conversation to various guests.
