Pininfarina has designed a futuristic padel court

Pininfarina has further expanded its sphere of action by reaching sporty design. The renowned internationally studio of Turin has designed its first padel court. Iconic Padel Court is a customizable field with modular features, designed for the most demanding players.

The high quality aesthetic design integrates the most advanced technologies in the industry, which offer the opportunity to review actions and movements in order to collect useful data to improve performance in the field.

The self-supporting court, which can be fixed directly to the ground, also features innovative details and materials, including fiberglass coating, tempered laminated glass with fixation concealed in the ground and eco-leather protections, as well as LEDs, displays and cameras perfectly integrated into the structure.

Through the two touch displays or the voice assistant you can manage the lighting or the defrosting of the windows. The court is also equipped with a cooling and heating system and antifog technology for perimeter glasses. Each tensioning post, then, includes a system of automatic tension of the playing net and a module of balls’ pressurization, to increase their life.
