Baldwin House, designed by the Austria-American modernist architect Richard Neutra, is now on sale for $3,300,000. The 3,062-square-foot home is located on a lot on a hilltop and houses four bedrooms.

The stylist Jeanne Yang and her husband, Scott Cort, purchased the property in 2000 and renovated it twice, the second time in 2020. The project features Neutra’s late trademarks: ribbon windows, a sliding-glass wall, and built-ins. The old owners also include in the sale an original sketch in chalk by Neutra, blueprints, and a book.
