The location overlooks a large park and borders two very different areas: a low-density housing one and another one composed by a dense network of highways and bridges. Opened in 2021 the highly functional building – which houses office spaces, meeting rooms and recording studios – aims to provide YF Entertainment’s employees with the most inspiring work environment possible, opened towards the near river and extending on a surface of 19,835 square meters.
The new building features brightly lit spaces, with a range of white tones and geometric lines. The interior facade of the atrium is punctuated by exposed capsule-like meeting rooms, that can serve either as working areas or resting zones. On ground level, the atrium hosts also a hidden garden and functions as a big “living room” to welcome visitors.
