Kicking off on June 1st, the London Festival of Architecture (LFA), the world’s largest annual architecture festival, will celebrate once again the capital as a global hub of innovation in the sector.
With a team that includes leading cultural and academic institutions, artists, designers, and architecture practitioners, this year’s edition will explore the theme of “care” through a lively hybrid programme of events running both online, on air, and at Covid-safe venues across London.
Among the highlights of this edition, there will be a digital pavilion at the V&A Museum diplaying large-scale paintings by artist Ben Johnson, a self-guided tour across one of the biggest regeneration projects in Europe, and a panel on the post-pandemic future of redundant department stores.
