Unlike traditional meeting and event space, the rooms maintain a warm and comfortable atmosphere and are oriented in modern and contemporary design.
The central elements of the project are two mobile furniture walls. The different room layouts and qualities were created depending upon positioning of space. In addition to the reception and in conjunction with the flexible furnishing concept, areas have been designed for lectures, small and large discussion groups, meetings and retreat areas for concentrated work or relax. Folding elements, integrated screens and surfaces
with magnetic blackboard paint make the mobile room dividers either a “stand up table area” for the reception of guests, interactive displays for discussions and brainstorming or media walls with pictures and sound for presentations. The deliberately kept open basic concept reacts to the changing group sizes and their different requirements for the area.
The material concept is authentically straightforward: the brightly varnished wood surfaces are accompanied by furniture and accessories, which derive their color primarily from its materiality. Few materials used consistently, are supplemented by quality furniture and create a comfortable environment for a variety of uses and events.
