Salto & Sigsgaard have created for Montana Guest, a project that re-think the extra seat and the storage of the extra guest chairs at home.
Guest is ready to use in a few seconds – with one single grip the legs unfold, then mount the seat and a comfortable chair is ready to use. When the chair is not in use, it may be stored in the Montana shelving system.

Guest measures 28 cm x 28 cm x 9.5 cm when packed up. In use, the chair has a seat height of 48 cm. The seat upholstery is available in seven colours in the 3D fabric Runner. The Japanese names have been chosen as a reference to the simplicity and functionality concentrated in the design: Chikara (lemon), Damaru (beige), Umi (aqua blue), Sugoi (light grey), Hayai (dark grey), Yume (blue purple), and Kuro (black).
