Inspired by the vessels designed and built in Riccione, the new hotel seeks to create connections with the naval architecture of the region. The renovation project of the hotel — which was originally built in the 1960s — was aesthetic and functional, modernizing the services of the historic building.
The new spacial organisation of the hotel proposes a restaurant and bar facing the sea, with direct access from the pedestrian area outside. "The eighteen suites," states Scarponi, "all face the sea, with ample terraces seeking to recreate the deck of a ship."
