Royal College of Art: Paradise

Located in the heart of the Ventura Lambrate district, 'Paradise' displays a selection of projects by RCA's students and recent graduates exploring the concept of paradise as part of RCA's 175th birthday celebrations.

Invisible furniture; edible insects; a waste plastic candy-floss machine; a sky-walking experience and an alternative stock market are selection of the projects being presented in Paradise, the Royal College of Art's exhibition at the Salone del Mobile 2012.

Organised by the RCA's Design Products programme, over 90 students and recent graduates will be exhibiting work from across the College's art and design disciplines, including Animation, Architecture, Ceramics and Glass, Design Interactions, Design Products, Fine Art, Innovation Design Engineering, Textiles and Visual Communication. The exhibition content has been selected by Professor Tord Boontje, Head of Design Products at the RCA with designer and RCA Tutor Onkar Kular.
