Paola Brambilla

An eco-lawyer, Paola Brambilla is member of the Central charity commission of Fondazione Cariplo, Coordinator of the VIA commission of Italy’s ministry for the Ecological Transition.
She is also Head of the Legal Committee of WWF Italy, Guarantor for animal rights for the Municipality of Bergamo and sits on the Ethics Committee of the Experimental Zooprophylactic Institute for Emilia Romagna and Lombardy Bruno Ubertini, and on the Ethics Committee of the Institute of Anthropology for the culture of the family and the person - Mirasole Association of Milan.
In relation to his specific environmental law expertise, he is a member of the Steering Committee of Rivista Giuridica dell'Ambiente, published by Editoriale Scientifica, and RGA Online.
A member of the Court of Cassation, she practises in the field of administrative law, with particular reference to environmental law, mainly in favour of public bodies and territorial administrations, including ATOs, regional parks, provinces, municipalities, unions of municipalities and mountain communities throughout Lombardy.
Active in the field of the administrative liability of entities for crime, she chairs SBs and deals with the implementation and verification of organisational models and codes of ethics.
In addition to university teaching, she has provided and continues to provide training to Mountain Communities, Parks, Provinces, Bar Associations, Chambers of Administrative Lawyers, Forensic Associations and Schools, and other public and private training bodies, as well as law enforcement agencies.
