It’s called Time Off! the concept of an essential smartwatch that allows you to temporarily deactivate smartphone notifications by simply pressing a button where you would expect the crown in a traditional watch. Designed by the German design studio Rudolph Schelling Webermann in collaboration with Palomar, the device consists of a lightweight aluminium case – available in three different colours – equipped with a small black and white LED display useful for displaying the exact time and an adjustable solid-colour strap that can be easily attached to the wrist thanks to the magnetic clasp.
The smartwatch that makes you focus on the real world
Time off! is a concept that creates a digital silence bubble, disconnecting the user from the smartphone notification stream.

The concept also includes a charging base and the availability of three different straps: in rubber, elegant leather and casual fabric. Obviously, to work properly, Time Off! requires a smartphone connection via Bluetooth connectivity and the use of the dedicated app that would allow you to manage notifications and decide which to deactivate. The only button, depending on the configuration, can be used to reject incoming calls, interrupt alarms, deactivate beeps or vibration.
