Chic, modern, and elegant, the luxury yacht Maverick is illuminated by Occhio products. Its owner, Tom Schröder, wanted to feel at home aboard his yacht, even though he was far from home. He chose Occhio's solutions – already used in his private residence – to accompany him at sea as well.

What makes the atmosphere aboard unique is the Mito series, which can transform any corner of the yacht into a one-of-a-kind setting. During the day, natural light floods the spaces, while at night Occhio reveals the magic of Maverick with its lighting options.

Typically, the same type of lighting is used throughout the yacht. On Maverick, however, each space features a specific solution: from the large lounge on the deck to the dining area, where Mito Cosmo Move fixtures have been installed at varying heights to mimic the motion of the waves.

Thanks to an integrated motor, the light rings retract into the ceiling when the yacht is in motion and lower when the vessel stops. The fixture has a matte black structure, and a zoom lens gives the lamp an elegant touch. Even in the bathrooms, various Occhio solutions were specifically designed for this project.

In the corridors, Mito ceiling lights illuminate the passage, while in the bedrooms, the fixtures greet visitors with an arrangement that appears random at first glance. In the center of the room, delicate light rings stand out as major protagonists, accompanied by spotlights that adjust the lighting on the sides to allow the light to spread pleasantly and indirectly.

For those who prefer direct light, adjustable spotlights in matte black with a zoom lens in Phantom are placed on the nightstands, creating continuity in the design. Finally, on the deck, there is perfect harmony between water and light, thanks to the Mito Sphere lights integrated into the slatted ceiling of the exterior deck.
