A benchmark brand in the bathroom design and upholstery sector, VitrA has won six new Good Design Awards, among the most prestigious awards in the industry, bringing the total to 53. The nominations, from various countries around the world, were judged by the Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design. The bathroom collections awarded in the Building Products category are Origin Classic, Metropole and Suit, as well as three tile series from the VitrA Design Team: Resincrete, ClobbleMix and ModePaper. The renewed Metropole collection is expanded with two new furniture lines and a complete range of washbasins. The two new series Metropole Edge and Metropole Pure are distinguished by their minimal and discreet shapes but also by their intelligent functionality. The Metropole washbasins, characterised by their rounded edges, offer maximum design freedom. In fact, there are countless combinations: the bowls range from 38 to 80 cm, the standard washbasins from 50 to 120 cm wide, which can be installed undermount or sit-on, and are available in glossy or matt white, dove grey, black and grey. The CobbleMix System tiles take their inspiration from the paving of urban streets, aiming for aesthetic continuity between indoor and outdoor. The series offers warm and cool tones in a wide range of formats, allowing designers to meet different needs.
