Martin Hajek is a 43 years old 3D-designer known for his concepts of future smartphone from every major manufacturer, which he usually renders starting from his own vision and the industry’s lates rumors. After a quick detour into the automotive field with a concept for an EV version of the historical Citroën 2CV car, he’s back at his shtick with a new project that retains a bit of his newly-found expertise: a Tesla-branded smartphone. Aptly called the Model P, from Phone, the smartphone features some of the design element of Tesla and mixes them up with an almost notchless and chinless screen with rounded borders on top and at the bottom. “With smartphones becoming increasingly bland and same-same-looking”, asks Hajek, “wouldn’t it be nice if Elon Musk decided to enter that market too?” After all nowadays making a smartphone isn’t certainly rocket science, but we suspect that’s exactly why Elon Musk - the man who wants to die on Mars, “just not on impact” - wouldn’t really be interested in making one.
