This photographic project was created as part of a wider program where a group of Galician artists, architects, photographers, sculptors and musicians were working for almost one year about the idea of this amazing landscape, the Cape Prior. This place is scattered by several points of interest: first, the powerful nature, the high cliffs, the rough coast and the embraced ocean. The wind is always blowing hard here. But you also can find some really appealing military ruins that form unusual architectures, round circles, deep holes, dark galleries dug in the rocks… these are traces of air defense installations that were built in the 20’s and the 30’s of the XX century.
I decided to face the project using this two elements, the ruins and the landscape, to place my personal Minotaur’s labyrinth and Teseo’s journey to find and kill him in the heart of the cliffs.
