After Porsche, Bentley, and Bugatti, Mercedes-Benz has entered the real estate market by adding its first tower to the long series of residential projects created by various automotive brands worldwide.
The German car company has unveiled the design of a super-tall skyscraper in central Dubai, near the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. Named Mercedes-Benz Places in Dubai, it will be the first branded residential tower by Mercedes-Benz and will rise to 341 meters, with 65 floors, making it one of the tallest buildings in the city.
The sinuous silhouette of the tower resembles a cuttlefish bone, and the facades feature an elegant pattern composed of the classic three-pointed Mercedes-Benz logo repeated.
The skyscraper will host 225 residential units, exhibition spaces, a gym, lounges, restaurants, and VIP parking facilities. The real estate developer, Binghatti, has already started construction work, expected to be completed in 2026.
