The Link: this is the name of the new skyscraper in Paris designed by PCA-stream Philippe Chiambaretta Architects. It will offer a stunning view on Paris and in particular on Bois de Boulogne.
The name is taken from the shape of the building, composed by two different wings “linked” at every floor with connection platform, in order to obtain a general area of 3000 square meters. Floors will be also related two by two, in order to give at every building unit the possibility to have a double surface.

The project’s strategic composition will allow to host up to 500 people per company, undergone a major limitation of classical office towers: travel time with elevators from one floor to another. It may seem an apparently meaningless detail, but in terms of efficiency it’s essential, especially for big staffs.
