In Milan, Molteni’s new palazzo, designed by Vincent Van Duysen, opens

Molteni&C.’s new showroom and exhibition space is a palazzo in Liberty style, where history and modernity merge in a journey through design and its dialogue with the city.

Molteni&C. has opened a new exhibition space in the heart of Milan, within a historic building on Via Manzoni, near Piazza della Scala, marking a further step in the ambitious vision of international growth set out by the Group during a crucial phase in its history, having just celebrated its 90th anniversary. Founded in 1934 by Angelo and Giuseppina Molteni as an artisanal workshop, Molteni&C. has emerged as one of the leading brands in today's furniture scenario, with collaborations with world-renowned architects and designers, including Herzog & de Meuron, Naoto Fukasawa, Patricia Urquiola, Ron Gilad and many others, establishing itself as a benchmark in high-end furniture.

Palazzo Molteni aspires to become a manifesto of Molteni&C.'s commitment to promoting the culture of design in all its facets, fostering a dialogue with the city of Milan and strengthening its presence in the industry. The new showroom, spread over seven floors and covering more than 3,000 square meters, is an open and flexible space that redefines the flagship store concept. It aims to create an eclectic venue where art and design converge, with a forward-looking perspective.
