The new library will be built on an abandoned area of about 13,000 square meters between Viale Molise and Via Cervignano and it will have an area of about 30,000 square meters. The area of via Cervignano will remain undeveloped and ensure the north-south connection between via Cena and via Monte Ortigara, creating a public space able of making the library interact with the greenery.
The project is based on a loan of 101.574 million, already foreseen in the State budget under the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP), which can be further integrated with public and private resources. The call will remain open until 22 June and the winning project will be announced during the month of July.
