The Tiroche DeLeon Collection was founded in 2011 by Serge Tiroche and Russ DeLeon with a focus on the up and coming art scenes of Asia, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe. The first art fund modelled on a private collection, it maintains a strong emphasis on investigation, acquisitions from the primary market and a solid bond with artists, notably through a program of residencies.
