University Professor and researcher, Carlos Moreno earned international recognition thanks to his major contribution and pioneer concepts, bringing an innovative perspective on urban issues (Human Smart City, 15-MinuteCity,30-MinuteTerritory). In June 2022, he is leading the launch of the Global Observatory of proximities at the World Urban Forum #WUF11with UN-Habitat, C40 Cities, UCLG and other partners.
