Born in Novara (Italy), full professor of Business Economics at the Department of Economics and Business Studies at the University of Eastern Piedmont; lecturer in Economics, Ethics and Social Responsibility at the Theological Faculty of Northern Italy, Turin campus.

President of the non-profit Novarese Community Foundation, he is a member of the Expert Committee of the National Office for Social and Labour Problems of the Italian Episcopal Conference. He works as a professional accountant.
