Cosimo Accoto philosophically explores our new planetarities beyond the human and the nature. His current techno-cultural research interests are manifold: philosophy of software, data as new sensorium, automation and synthetic intelligence, blockchain and smart contracts, stack thinking and platform design, quantum computation and biotechnologies. He is author of several business and culture books including Il mondo dato (now translated in English, Brazilian and Chinese) and Il mondo ex machina.
After addressing the 'philosophy of computation' and the 'philosophy of automation', Accoto is currently completing his trilogy with a new book.
He has published articles on Economia & Management (SDA Bocconi), Harvard Business Review Italia, Nova24 Il Sole24 Ore, Sistemi & Impresa. A frequent guest on tv and radio programs, Accoto is also keynote speaker and discussant at institutional and international conferences organized by Ambrosetti Management, Aspen Institute, Harvard Business Review. Having matured a professional career in the management consulting and data industry, he regularly advises and coaches organizations, companies and institutions involved in digital transformation, continuous learning and strategic design of new business cultures, business models and value ecologies.
