Born in Livorno in 1958, he is Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer of Permasteelisa S.p.A since February 2016. Mechanical engineer and Registered Professional Engineer in South Carolina and in Italy, is also an Officer of the Italian Navy. Before joining Permasteelisa, he was Autostrade per l’Italia General Manager.

His extensive Project Management experience is evidenced by industrial facilities managed in Iran, China, USA, Taiwan, Sweden, mainly in the Oil & Gas sector. He was CEO of the “Alliances” Strategic Business Unit of Technip, one of the leading International Engineering Contractors, Technip’s Brazilian Managing Director, while the world’s largest platform for extracting in deep water was constructed.
