Martí Guixé and Camper at Amsterdam
Following on from “food facility” – an experiment with a “restaurant with no kitchen” on which its was possible to order from nine restaurants in the area – Catalan designer Martí Guixé has designed the first Camper shop in Amsterdam. The shop’s image is inspired by iconography used in aviation to highlight obstacles; red and white, also the colours of the Spanish shoe brand’s logo. Apart from that, the shop is very simple with a bare minimum of furniture, renamed “info shop”, it has just a large table at the centre for displaying the new collections. E.S.
