Serena Vicari Haddock is associate professor of Sociology of the Environment and Territory at the Department of Sociology and Social Research of the University of Milan-Bicocca. 

Her research topics are urban regeneration policies in the Italian city and in a comparative perspective, topics on which she has published extensively in Italian and English.
