Matteo Bergamini is a journalist and art critic. Since 2012 in the editorial staff of exibart.com, he assumed the position of Editor-in-Chief of the magazine in 2017.
He also currently collaborates for the weekly D La Repubblica and, in Portuguese, for Umbigo Magazine. He has written for DDN Design Diffusion News, Juliet, Con-fine Art Magazine.
He was among the curators of the first edition of "BienNoLo", Ex Spazio Cova, Milan, 2019. Among other curated expositions "Marcella Vanzo. To wake up the living, to wake up the dead", Fondazione Berengo, Venice, 2019 ; "Luca Gilli, Di-stanze", Museo Diocesano, Milan, 2018. He wrote L'involuzione del pensiero libero. Arte e giornalismo all'epoca del non detto (Postmedia Books, 2021) and Prisa Mata. Diario Marocchino (Editorial Tailoring, 2020).
