Since 2006, she has covered architecture, art, design, sustainability, and travel from Berlin for publications including Architectural Digest, ArchiExpo e-magazine, Architectural Record, Art News, Azure Magazine, Elle Decor, Elle Decoration Deutschland, The Huffington Post, House Beautiful, Time Out, The Robb Report, Veranda, and Wired -- with a 6-year stint as senior editor of TreeHugger.com. She tends to wander off with a surfboard to work from remote beaches.
