The residential building designed by a team consisting of Sadar+Vuga, Arhipro and Studio Krištof, is located on a turning point in Ljubljana urban system: to the north, the city with its built fabric, to the south the Ljubljanica River and the Golovec hill, with its wooded paths and panoramic routes.
The project responds to its peculiar location first and foremost with an elliptical design of the plan, softening the insertion of the new building – located, moreover, on the edge of the Roška cesta road artery that defines the city's infrastructural ring to the south – as well as in a triangular lot, overlooked at the northern side by the oblong, historic building of the School of Economics.

To the west, the short side of the ellipse quietly exposes itself to the cityscape, with the rhythmic articulation of the elevation, and the curved bands of continuous windows, flowing in the design of the longitudinal elevation and transforming themselves into the loggias, of measured proportions, and pertaining to the north apartments.
The slight push that generates the recesses of the loggias to the north, completely disrupts the elevation to the south, projecting large and undulating balconies beyond the regular perimeter of the ellipse, staggered for each floor of the building.
However, the planimetric dynamism is balanced, never excessive, thanks to the building's homogeneous material treatment.
The use of softly colored ceramic tiles frames the building in the surrounding landscape and the green hillside it overlooks; the horizontal lines of the balcony string courses contrast with the verticality expressed by the building's structure.
The overall result announces the coexistence in the project of a certain architectural rigor, representing the Austro-Hungarian notes still alive in the soul of the city, along with the more vibrant Mediterranean energy that the Slovenian capital is equally proud of.
