The Pipe collection, between simplicity and character
The Pipe collection, designed by Busetti Garuti Redaelli for Atmosphera, introduces this year a three-seater sofa.
A staircase of 30 steps leads to the summit of the Cabin Thunder Top, a mountain hut designed by Gartnerfuglen Arkitekter in the Hardangervidda National Park in Norway.
The wooden structure is designed as an artificial extension of the hills, on which you can climb to admire the unspoilt landscape or – if the cover is snowy – glide with toboggans, skis and snowboards.
The building is connected to an existing shelter and is characterised by its particular elongated shape: 17 metres long, it is only 3.5 metres wide and with its triangular shape reaches a height of 6.5m.
The exterior is covered with untreated black pine, which has the ability to withstand the action of time. The interior is open and spacious. It is conceived as a large room on two levels, where the whole family can carry out various activities in contact with nature, which is framed by large openings.
